Salon Cancellation Policy

Please read cancellation policy prior to booking

Once your appointment is booked:

  • 48 hours before your scheduled reservation you will receive a courtesy reminder via text/email (whichever you signed up for).. Please take into account how you are feeling at this time as to whether or not you are showing any symptoms of illness that may result in a need for cancellation. 

  • I respectfully request 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel, reschedule or adjust services for your reservation

  • Upon booking a credit card will be required to hold all reservations. A 25% non-refundable deposit will be taken at time of booking for all appointments lasting longer than an hour. Deposit is to be transferred to services rendered.

  • Clients are allowed one opportunity to reschedule appointment time prior to 48 hours in advance before losing non-refundable deposit. 

  • One reschedule opportunity permitted for all appointments booked before loss of down payment

  • Cancellations or rescheduling an appointment made less than 48 hours and 12 hours before service in advance will result in a charge equal to 50% to 75% of the missed reserved service price.

  • Cancellation or reschedule that occurs within 12 hours or less of reserved service time is considered a no-show and failure to show up for your reservation will result in a 100% of reserved service amount. Or for all reservations a 75% service charge will be applied to card on file as well as loss of the 25% non-refundable deposit not to exceed more than 100% of service price reserved.

PLEASE NOTE: Cancellations or Rescheduling can be made through the Vagaro booking system.

  • Rescheduling after 48hrs will require authorization by me.

  • Late arrivals: please note that if you are more than 15 minutes late for your service, I may not be able to accommodate the service or services booked. A cancellation due to late arrival equals to the same as cancelling in under 48 hours and will result in a fee of 50% to 75% of reserved service.

  • If you have booked a cut and color together and on the day of the appointment you changed your mind and cancel the color , you will be charged the late notice/No Show cancellation fee for the color service time.

  • All clients who NO SHOWs one time will be required to pay 100% of services reserved.

  • Any client who no shows twice will be expected to pay 100% of the service reserved paid in full at time of booking with 20% of that being non-refundable to hold appointment time prior to all future service requests.

***By requesting an appointment at Coil & Twine salon you understand that you are agreeing to abide by this cancellation policy. 

Any cancellation fee or reservation fee will be charged to the card on file or is to be paid up front before the next appointment to be scheduled.

Please know that your appointment time is very important to me.
So important that my time has been set aside and reserved specifically for you with only you and your hair goals in mind. I understand that sometimes life just happens, and schedule adjustments are necessary. I hope you can understand that I am running a business here. A business created via my time, my heart and passion, through many years of extensive training and experience so that I could have a space to provide you the opportunity to have your hair goals and dreams come true. It takes revenue to run a business and at the end of the day your appointment time and my time = revenue.
